What to have ready
The booking goes fastest when you have four things ready: the date and pickup time, the exact pickup and drop off addresses, the number of passengers and bags, and your airline and flight number if the trip starts or ends at PDX. For hourly bookings such as a wedding, a night out or a wine tour, add the stops you plan to make and roughly how long you need the vehicle. You can add notes for your chauffeur in the booking, and a confirmation arrives by email as soon as the reservation is in.
Which vehicle to choose
Choose the vehicle by the number of passengers and by whether anyone plans to drink on board. Executive sedans seat two to three and suit airport runs and business travel, luxury SUVs seat four to six with more room for luggage, and Mercedes Sprinter vans seat seven to fourteen for weddings, events and wine tours. Open alcohol is allowed only in the Sprinter, behind its partition, and guests bring their own because we never sell or provide alcohol. Compare the cabins on the fleet page and current pricing on the rates page.
| Vehicle | Passengers | Open alcohol |
|---|---|---|
| Executive sedan | 2 to 3 | Not allowed |
| Luxury SUV | 4 to 6 | Not allowed |
| Mercedes Sprinter van | 7 to 14 | Allowed, guests bring their own |
Questions before you book
Trips with several pickups, a tight connection or a special request book the same way: enter the first pickup, add each stop with Add Stop, and put anything else in the notes for your chauffeur, so the plan is on record before the day. You can also email PDXChauffeur@gmail.com with the date, the pickup and the number of passengers. Answers to common questions about airport pickups, hourly bookings and changes are on the frequently asked questions page, and our cancellation policy explains how to change or cancel a booking.
